Sous Les Cailloux des Grillons is a lively, frank and fresh natural wine with red fruit, fluidity and a touch of tannin. Short skin time for this blend of at least 7 varietals (all organically grown) and one year's ageing in tank only. A deep ruby in colour, bursting with aromas of blackberries, figs and red cherries. On the palate, savoury and fresh with notes of cinnamon, cloves and liquorice leading to a spicy finish. In the mouth it's silky, without overpowering tannins.
