Pot Luck is a modern take on the ancient winemaking process, petillant naturel, using the classic South African grape Pinotage. Hand-harvested, spontaneous fermentation, naturally carbonated in the bottle. Grown 500 feet above sea level, in red, coffee-stone soil in the Swartland, the grapes express ripe red fruits and saline notes, balanced perfectly with the bubbles.
