Domaine le Roc is located in the heart of the Fronton AOC region and its philosophy has remained unchanged for more than 30 years - they aim to work intelligently and with respect for living things, with all vines converted to organic farming. Jean Luc Ribes, a self proclaimed “Bluesman” at night and viticulturist by day, is a pioneer in the way he uses grass, with all the vines under grass since 1981 (in winter, sheep graze the land). 
 
This zero-sulphur Negrette Pet Nat is a light, fruity, low-alcohol treat. Dark pink and a touch sweet, it's lightly sparkling with a delicate mousse and flavours of sweet cherries, raspberries and pear drops. Great fun, perfect for sipping by the pool on a summer's day, or enjoy with some strawberries at a picnic. Adult Ribena.
