Pago de Tharsys is beautiful ecological vineyard located in Requena, 70 km from Valencia, in eastern Spain. They work the vineyard according to organic principles, using solar energy, recycling materials and waste, protecting the native flora and fauna, and collaborating with local artisans and producers. The vineyards are on a high plateau, at 650 metres altitude. A blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarello, selected from 20 years old vines, Medusa Cava Brut Nature is a clean, easy drinking, budget-friendly traditional method Spanish fizz. Crisp and refreshing, with notes of green apple, citrus and subtle floral aromas. The wine has a dry and zesty palate, with a delicate mousse and a clean, lingering finish.
