Tart, bold, lemon sherbet. This beer is a product of the land, and the people who made it. A tart and funky blend to celebrate the first five years of Wilderness. Two parts spontaneously fermented pale ale (inoculated using Wilderness' orchard coolship) to one part Bordeaux barrel aged saison. Drink now, or age for another five years.
